Organizational Structure
AIC Miwanii DCC, being a septipartite organization, involves the collaboration of seven distinct churches under the umbrella of AIC Kenya. Each of these churches plays a crucial role in contributing to the overall functioning and mission of the DCC.
Here are some aspects of their interactions and contributions:
- Spiritual Guidance and Leadership: Each of the seven churches within AIC Miwanii DCC provides spiritual guidance and leadership to its members. They offer pastoral care, conduct worship services, and organize religious education programs to nurture the spiritual growth of their congregants
- Community Outreach and Service: The churches actively engage in community outreach and service initiatives. This could include organizing food drives, providing shelter for the homeless, running education and healthcare programs, and participating in disaster relief efforts. By working together, they can have a more significant impact on the communities they serve.
- Collaborative Worship and Events: The churches come together for collaborative worship services, prayer meetings, and special events such as conferences, retreats, and revivals. These gatherings foster a sense of unity among the congregations and provide opportunities for fellowship and spiritual enrichmen
- Financial Support and Resource Sharing: AIC Miwanii DCC operates on contributions from its member churches. Each church contributes financially to support the organization's activities and projects. Additionally, they may share resources such as facilities, equipment, and personnel to enhance their collective impact and efficiency.
- The churches share a common mission to spread the message of Christianity and make disciples. They collaborate on evangelistic outreach programs, missions trips, and evangelism training initiatives to reach out to those who have not yet heard the gospel.
